It is not thick and not white as expected. Thried to reach Support but no reaction. Not satisfied

The fragrance arrived earlier than the estimated time which was great! Great fragrance, has an elegant element to it and shines in its longevity and sillage. Very satisfied with it. Highly recommend :)
